1. For General Manager & Addl. General Manager post : Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Civil/Mechanical / Electrical /Naval Architecture discipline .
2. For Deputy General Manager Post : Engineering Graduate or
equivalent in Mechanical /Electrical or CA/ICWA.
3. For Senior Manager : Graduate degree with Master Home Trade (Coastal) Certificate of Competency with 1st Class Inland Master or Engineering graduate or equivalent in Civil /mechanical / Electrical/naval Architecture discipline.

2.
