Punjab PSC Recruitment 2014 - Apply Online for Executive Branch
The Punjab Public Service Commission has issued a Circular for inviting Online Applications forms from eligible employees of group 'A' and Group 'B' services of Punjab Govt, for selection to the posts of Punjab Civil Services (Execution Branch) to be filled through Register A-II and Register C. Job Seekers can apply for this recruitment by filling online application form before 12th May, 2014 . More details are mentioned below.

Educational Qualification : Aspirants must be Graduate or Equivalent From a Recognized College/ University/ Institute & Minimum Eight Years Continuous Service Under the Government
Age limit : Max age is 54 years as under the first day of November
immediately preceding the date of submission of names by the
concerned authorities
Application Fee : The candidates are required to pay the Application fee (Online Application Charges + Screening Test Fee) as mentioned below:-
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of Screening test.
Scheme and Syllabus for Screening test are mentioned below.
1. The Screening test shall consist of 100 Questions.
2. Each Question shall be of one mark, thus the total would be of 100
marks.
3. The Questions shall be Objective Type with Multiple choices.
4. The Level of Questions shall be Graduation Standard.
Syllabus : The syllabus for the screening test as notified by the Government of Punjab is as under :-
General knowledge in the subjects of Civics, Constitution of India, Indian History, Geography, General Science, Punjabi, English, History of Punjab and General Knowledge. Out of the aforesaid subjects, at least ten questions shall be included from each subject in the screening test.
Procedure to Apply Online : Candidates who fulfills the criteria for eligibility can only apply by filling Online Application form , a link which is available on the website of the Punjab PSC www.ppsc.gov.in . Candidates are required to send the hard copy of dully filled Online Application form along with certificates / documents through proper channel i.e through head of the Department , to the office of Punjab Public Service Commission
