UPSC CAPF Exam 2014 - Assistant Commandant Online Application form
Union Public Service Commission will hold a written Examination on 13th July, 2014 for recruitment of Assistant Commandant (Group A) post in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF). Candidates who are interested and want to join UPSC as Assistant Commandant post, they may fill Assistant Commandant Online Application form before waiting for last date of form submission i.e 12th May, 2014.

Name of Posts : Assistant Commandant (Central Armed Police Forces)
Eligibility for CAPF Examination 2014 :
Min. Req Qualification : Candidates applying for the Examination should ensure that they have must hold Bachelor's Degree of a University. Final year Candidates are also eligible for this Examination.
Age Details : Candidates must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years on 1st August, 2014, i.e he/she must have been born not earlier than 02nd August, 1989 and not later than 01st August, 1994.
Selection Procedure/Scheme : The Selection Procedure/Scheme of the Exam will be as follows :
1. Written Examination : Exam will comprise 2 papers, i.e Paper I & Paper II.
a. Paper I : General Ability & Intelligence - 250 marks
b. Paper II : General Studies, Essay adn Comprehension - 200 marks
2. Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards Tests :
a. PET :
i. 100 metres race
ii. 800 metres race
iii. Long Jump
iv. Shot Put (7.26 Kgs)
Application Fee :
1. Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200 either by depositing the money in nay branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI.
2. Female/SC/ST Candidates are exempted from payment of Application fee.
Procedure to Apply : Applicants are required to apply online by using the website www.upsconline.nic.in . The Online Applications can be filled up to 12th May, 2014 till 11:59 pm, after which the link will be disabled.
