APPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2014 - Application form
Applications are invited in prescribed form from the citizens of India for filling up of the 30 vacancies of Assistant Professor Posts in different subjects as per details in Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC). Interested Candidates may send their Dully filled Application form along with relevant certificates so as to reach before 04th June, 2014. More detailed information is mentioned below.

Name of posts : Assistant Professor
Name of Discipline :
1. English : 12
2. Economics : 03
3. History : 06
4. Physics : 02
5. Chemistry : 03
6. Mathematics : 04
Eligibility Conditions :
Age Limit : The Candidates should not be above 30 yrs of age as on 04th June, 2014. There is age relaxation of 5 yrs for the SC/ST Candidates and serving in Arunachal pradesh state govt on regular basis.
Educational Qualifications : Candidates should have complete Master's Degree in concerned subject with at least 55 % marks or its equivalent grade with good Academic records. However , there is relaxation of 5% marks i.e from 55% to 50% at master's degree level for the SC/ST Candidates.
Imp : Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have Cleared the NET conducted by the UGC, CSrR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
Selection Process : Selection will be made through Interview/Viva-Voce test that is to be conducted by the commission at Itanagar or any other place.
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 to Rs. 39,100/-.
Application form fee :
1. General Candidates need to pay Rs. 130/-.
2. APST Candidates need to pay Rs. 70 in the form of Demand Draft/ Treasury Challan .
Process to Apply : Candidates are required to send dully filled application form along with self attested copies of certificates and mark sheet , send it to relevant commission address.
