West Bengal Health Recruitment Board 2014 - Online Application for 2315 vacancies
Online Applications are invited from Indian citizens and such other nationals as declared eligible by Govt of India for recruitment to the post of Medical Officers and Block Medical Officer of Health in West Bengal Health and Family welfare, dept , govt of west Bengal. Candidates who want to get this job, shall complete Online registration of Application on the website between 28th May, 2014 to 16th June, 2014. More details are mentioned below.

Designation of Posts :
1. General Duty Medical officer : 1492 posts
2. Block Medical Officer of Health : 117 posts
3. Medical Officer : 706 posts
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 to Rs. 42,000/-.
Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess Medical Qualification included in the first or Second Schedule or Par-II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and Registration as medical practitioner in west Bengal.
Age Details : Ordinary Candidates age should not more than 32 years as on 01st January, 2014 and 40 years for those possessing Post Graduation qualification, Relaxable for otherwise qualified and experienced candidates.
Application Fee :
1. Candidates must submit the application fee amounting to Rs. 210 /- either by Net Banking or Offline through Bank Counter in any branch of banks participating in the GRIPS.
2. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category of West Bengal and PWD are exempted from payment of Application fee.
How to Apply : Candidates are strongly advised to apply using Online Application form much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid congestion o web server on account of heavy load on Internet/website. Applicants do not need to send any print out /hard copy of filled application.
