Indian Navy invites Online Applications from Unmarried Male Candidates for enrolment as Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA)-137 Batch posts. Indian navy proposes to recruit the candidates for AA-137 batch for course commencing February, 2014. Desirous candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria laid down below, may fill Online Application form for AA post from 10th June, 2014 to 20th June, 2014.

Name of Post : Sailor for Artificer Apprentice.
Eligibility Conditions for AA posts :
Educational Qualification : Candidates wishing to apply for AA post, must have Qualified in 10+2 / equivalent examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects : Chemistry /Biology/Computer Science.
Age Limit : Candidates should have been born between 01 Feb 1995 to 31 Jan 1998. (Both dates inclusive)
Pay & Allowance for AA Post : Rs. 5200 to Rs. 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000 + MSP Rs. 2000 + 'X' Group Pay Rs. 1400 + DA.
Selection Procedure : Selection of contenders will be based on the order of merit on their performance in written test, qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Fitness in Medical Examinations.
Written Test Scheme : The questions paper will be bilingual (Hindi & english) and of objective type. Duration of question paper will be of one hour. The Question paper will comprise of four sections i.e English, Science, Mathematics and General Knowledge.
Steps to Apply Online :
1. Candidates are to apply Online through website www.nausena-bharti.nic.in from 10th June, 2014.
2. Before filling online application, keep Matric (class 10th) passing certificate and 12th Mark Sheet ready for reference.
3. Candidates also have valid email-id and kept it alive during entire recruitment process.
4. Click on “Sailors Entry” button under apply online on the home page of website www.nausena-bharti.nic.in.
5. Fill up the Online Application Form carefully. Once recheck the form , before going to click on "Submit" button.
6. Print two copies of the online application form. One copy duly signed, along with attested copies of matriculation certificate, 10+2 mark sheet, domicile, NCC Certificate (if held) & one self addressed envelop of size 22 x 10 cm with Rs 10/ stamp affixed on envelope to be forwarded at the address given below
6. Must write on the envelop “Online AA Application -136 batch & 10+2 percentage......
