K-SET 2014 notification| Karnataka SET Online Application form 2014 ,Exam date
University of Mysore has recently issued K-SET 2014 Notification on its official website www.kset.uni-mysore.ac.in . UOM invites Online Application from the eligible Candidates to appear for Karnataka State eligibility Test (K-SET 2014) for Lecturer / Assistant professorship that is to be conducted on November 30, 2014 . Willing Candidates would submit Online Application form 2014 for K-SET 2014 from 01st July to 31st July, 2014. The KSET 2014 Eligibility details, Exam dates and steps to fill online application form are mentioned below.
Name of Examination : Karnataka State Eligibility Test (K-SET) 2014
Name of post : Lecturer/Assistant Professorship
Eligibility Conditions for K-SET 2014 :
Educational Qualification : Candidates should have completed Master Degree with at least 55% marks for general and 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates. Candidates who have appeared OR will be appearing at the qualifying Master’s degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited OR candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed may also appear for this Test.
Age Limit : There is no upper age limit to apply for KSET Examination.
Scheme and date of K-SET Examination : The test will be consisting of three papers. The test for all the three papers will consist of only Multiple-choice Questions (MCQ). sessions as mentioned below:
Fee Structure :
1. General Candidates : Rs. 1000/-.
2. Cat-IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB : Rs. 800/-.
3. Cat-I, SC,ST,PWD (VH/PH) :Rs. 500/-.
Note : Late fee of Rs.100/- has to be paid by candidates who submit online application after the last date till the extended period.
How to Apply : Candidates seeking admission to KSET 2014 would be required to fill Online Application form 2014 through link available on UOM website www.uni-mysore.ac.in on successful submission of online application, candidates need to send hard copy of the online application form to the respective nodal center along with Original Bank Challan (KSET copy) and attested copies of SSLC marks, caste certificates and other educational certificates.
