Eligibility Conditions :

Educational Qualification : Candidates who have done Graduation Degree in Law/ BE/ B.Tech/ MBA / PGDM/ PGDBM/ CA/ ICWA/ ICSI or Equivalent in Related Department from a reputed University are eligible to apply for relevant posts.


Age Limit : Candidates must be at least of 21 years but not crossed the age of 43 years as on 28th June, 2014.


Pay Scale : 
1. For E1 : Rs. 16,400 to Rs. 40,500/-.
2. For E2 : Rs. 20,600 to Rs. 46,500/-.
3. For E3 : Rs. 24,900 to Rs. 50,500/-.
4. For E4 : Rs. 29,100 to Rs. 54,500/-.
5. For E5 : Rs. 32,900 to Rs. 58,000/-.
6. For E6 : Rs. 36,600 to Rs. 62,000/-.


Scheme of Selection : 
1. For post no. 1 to 15 : Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks in written examination. 
2. For post no. 16 : written test followed by interview.
3. For post no. 17 & 18 : personal Interview of shortlisted candidates .


Application Fee : 
1. General/OBC Applicants shall have to pay the application processing fee of Rs. 1000/-.
2. SC/ST/PH Candidates need to pay Rs. 500/-.

Note : The fee will be collected through payment gateway only during the on-line registration process


How to Apply : Candidates can apply online only. Follow the given steps for filling up of applications online :
1. Go to the URL "www.railtelindia.com" . Click on "Career" tab under the home page.
2. Read the instructions carefully for online submission of application and click on Fee Payment Link. Fill the Online form.
3. Make Payment through Online mode.  On successful payment of application fee, a journal number will be generated against the transaction. Take printout of journal no. for future use.
4. Affix photograph and sign with black pen below the photograph. Scan the photograph and signature.
5. Upload the scanned photograph and signature.
6. Take preview of the form and then click on "Submit" button.
7. Take print out of acknowledgement slip for future use.
