South Delhi Municipal Corporation invites Online Applications from Indian nationals for filling up the 800 vacancies of Primary Teacher, 120 vacancies of Nursery Teacher , 588 vacancies of Special Educator and 24 vacancies of Counselor posts. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions laid down may fill Online Application form for relevant posts from 16th June to 30th June, 2014. Before going to apply online, kindly check the details like educational qualification, age limit, application fee etc as mentioned below.

4. Counselors : 24 posts
Monthly Remuneration : Rs. 27,000 per month.
Educational Qualification :
Age Limit :
1. For General Candidates : 18 years to 30 years.
2. For SC/ST Candidates : 18 years to 35 years.
3. For OBC Candidates : 18 years to 33 years.
4. For PH (general) : 18 years to 40 years.
5. For PH (SC/ST) : 18 years to 45 years.
6. For PH (OBC) : 18 years to 43 years.
Selection Process : The Criteria for selection will be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the academic and professional qualification. The criteria for deriving merit list will be as under :

A. Secondary Examination : 25 %
B. Sr. Sec. Examination : 45%
C. Teacher Training : 30%
Total Weightage/Marks : 100
Application Fee :
1. General and OBC Candidates will be required to make payment of Rs. 100 as Application fee through Debit card/credit card.
2. No fee for SC/ST and Physically handicapped candidates.
How to Apply : The eligible candidates may apply through Online on www.mcdonline.gov.in between 16th June to 30th June, 2014. Online Applications are available on the MCD website www.mcdonline.gov.in .
