Online Applications from young, qualified and energetic Indian citizens are invited for filling the 248 vacancies of Junior Trainee Posts in Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification : Candidates who want to apply for Jr. Trainee post must have passed SSC Examination with ITI/Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical / Instrumentation Trades. ((60% marks in ITI / Diploma in Engineering for Gen/OBC candidates, 50% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
Age Details : Not less than 18 years and not more than 27 years as on 01.6.2014 i.e. born between 01.6.1987 and 31.5.1996 (both days inclusive). Upper Age limit for SC/ST: 32 years; OBC(Non-creamy layer) - 30 years
Stipend during training period :
1. During the First Year of Training : Rs. 10,700/-.
2. During Second year of Training : Rs. 12,200/-.
Pay Scale after training : Rs. 9160 -3% - Rs. 13,150 + usual D.A and Allowances.
Selection Procedure : Selection will be done through written test on General Aptitude followed by Interview.
Application Fee : General and OBC Candidates would be required to submit the amount of Rs. 300 as processing & Examination fee. SC/ST Candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Note : Candidates have to pay maximum bank commission @ `25/- per Challan for depositing fees at other than State Bank of India, Steel Plant Branch, Visakhapatnam, Branch Code 6318.
Process to Apply Online : Candidates are requested to submit Online registration from by entering all the correct particulars in the column of form. Candidates need to take print out of their registration slip for appearing in Written test.
