IDBI Bank invites young, qualified, mobile and Active minds candidates for Admission to the 1 year post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance Course in IDBI Manipal School of Banking. There are 500 vacancies of Assistant Manager post that will be filled through this recruitment Advertisement. Eligibility Conditions for Assistant Manager post :
Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification as such recognized by Central Government.
Age Limit : Min age is 20 years and Max age is 26 years . By 3 years in upper age limit in the case of OBC candidates and By 5 years in upper age limit in the case of SC and ST candidates.
Selection Methodology : Candidates shall be selected through selection process consisting of online exam followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Stipend During the training :
1. During the training period (9 months) : Rs. 2500 per month.
2. During the Internship Period (3 months) : Rs. 10,000 per month.
After Joining, Pay Scale : Rs. 14,400 to 40,900/-.
Application Fee :
1. Candidates belong to General/BC Categories need to remit the amount of Rs. 600/-.
2. SC/ST/PWD Candidates are required to pay Rs. 100 Only.

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online
Before applying online, candidates should--
1. Scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature are within the required specifications.
2. Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make online payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges.
3. Have a valid personal e-Mail ID. It should be kept active during the currency of this selection exercise. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/ mention his / her e-Mail ID to/ or of any other person.
4. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal e-Mail ID, he/she should create his/ her new e-Mail ID before applying Online
