Government of Jammu & Kashmir, National Rural Health Mission, District Health Society Srinagar has issued advertisement for the recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse, Pharmacist and Lab Technician on contract basis under National Urban Health Mission (NUHM). 1. Lab Technician: 24 Posts
2. Pharmacist: 24 Posts
3. Staff Nurse: 63 Posts
Essential Qualification :
1. Lab Technician : Matric with Diploma in Lab Assistant Training course from State Medical Faculty or any other recognized institute
2. Pharmacist : 10+2 with Diploma in Pharmacy training course from State Medical Faculty or any other recognized institute
3. Staff Nurse : Matric with Diploma in Junior Staff Nursing training from State Medical Faculty or any other recognized institute .
Age Limit : Candidates must not have attained the age of 45 years.
Application Form : Candidates who wish to apply can obtain the application form from the Office of the Chief Medical Officer Srinagar on any working day from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
How to Apply : Eligible Candidates can send their Applications in prescribed format to Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Conveyor District Health Society, Srinagar or may deposit their application forms personally in the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Srinagar within 7 days from the date of advertisement.
