Tea Board of India has issued advertisement for recruitment of 7 vacancies of Scientist, Field Expert, Lab Assistant, Field Assistant posts in Quality Control Laboratory of Darjeeling Tea Research & Development Centre at Tea Park, Siliguri on contract basis . TBI is conducting walk-in Interview to recruit the suitable candidates. Eligible Candidates may appear for same on 19th , 20th July, 2014 at 10:00 AM. More Details are mentioned below.

(i) Pesticide Residue Analyst: 01 Post
(ii) Analytical Biochemist: 01 Post
(iii) Microbiologist: 01 Post
2. Field Expert-Capacity Centre: 01 Post
3. Lab Assistant: 02 Posts
4. Field Assistant: 01 Post
Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification :
1. For Scientist Post : Ph.D in relevant field, First Class in M.Sc in relevant field .
2. For Field Expert-Capacity Centre : M.Sc/ Ph.D in Agriculture.
3. For Lab Assistant : B.Sc in Science with chemistry as one of the subjects.
4. For Field Assistant : Madhyamik or equivalent/ HS
Age limit :
1. For Field Assistant : Max age is 30 years.
2. For Other posts : Max age is 35 years.
Selection Methodology : Selection will be made on the basis of performance in Interview.
Monthly Salary :
1. For Scientist & Field Expert : Rs. 40,000 per month
2. For Lab Assistant : Rs. 21,000 per month
3. For Field Assistant : Rs. 10,000 per month
How to Apply : The Candidates need to bring their Originals at the time of Interview. The Candidates shall also submit one set of photocopies of the certificates of educational Qualification, age & Experience, and 2 passport size photographs.
